Sodium Laureth Sulphate as it is known erodes the hair shaft making your hair, over time, thinner, drier, more fragile and it also erodes the skin's natural protective barrier. This can and does allow other harmful substances to penetrate the skin, as well as being a general skin irritant itself. Many customers with scalp conditions-eg; dryness, flaky, through to inflammation and even psorisais find that their condition either clears completely or improves significantly when changing to a sulphate free formula. Remember sulphates are commonly found in commercial toothpastes, diswashing liquids, bubble baths, shower gels, baby bath wash, liquid soaps, pet shampoos and most other lathering products. Avoid them whenever possible. Avoid all contact on baby and children's skin.
